In 2016, as a student at West Virginia University, I initiated my career with Compliance Services as a contractor,
focusing on modernizing their software infrastructure. My initial project involved transitioning
the field technicians' software from the Parse platform to a robust PostgreSQL and Golang-based backend,
significantly enhancing system performance.
Post-graduation, I joined the team full-time, spearheading
the integration of real-time gas and temperature telemetry systems. This pivotal role not only improved
operational efficiency but also played a crucial role in diversifying the product offerings of
Compliance Services, leading to expanded market reach and enhanced service capabilities.
Today, I lead a small team of developers and work directly with stakeholders in SLT and the field
to maintain and build out new systems and projects to keep moving Compliance forward as an industry leader.

Within an ambitious 2-month timeframe, I led a small team of developers to build out the Traverse platform,
which was initially conceived as a COVID testing and tracking service for the Oil & Gas industry.
This innovative solution rapidly generated significant revenue,
achieving over $400k mmr during peak COVID restrictions.
My contributions were pivotal in securing a mobile CLIA license in West Virginia,
and in the strategic employment of nurses for on-site screenings. I was instrumental
in designing and implementing the overall architecture of Traverse and the system for logging results and issuing both digital
and physical passes post-verification. Demonstrating exceptional adaptability,
I also guided the platform's seamless transition to drug screening compliance
for DOT-regulated organizations post-COVID, further extending its utility and market relevance.

In the Oil & Gas industry, there is a critical challenge where roadways often suffer heavy damage due to
improper routing of heavy loads, leading to significant repair costs and liabilities for production companies.
Recognizing that traditional methods (like Excel spreadsheets) provided unclear routing instructions,
I spearheaded an innovative solution to digitize these routes.
My primary objective was to develop a high-quality turn-by-turn routing system that exclusively utilized
insured and safe roads. By transforming these spreadsheets into a digitized, routable graph,
I effectively minimized off-route damages and ensured compliance with insurance policies.
This initiative not only enhanced operational efficiency but also significantly reduced financial risks associated
with roadway damages and on-time delivery.

I started Riviga while at WVU to support myself during my education. As the Owner, Operator, and Developer, I built a dynamic consulting company specializing
in the Oil and Gas industry. My responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of business operations,
from strategic leadership and client relationship management to hands-on technical development.
I leveraged my industry knowledge from my time with ShaleApps and technical expertise to provide bespoke consulting services,
focusing on addressing unique challenges and streamlining operational processes for clients. My role demanded a blend of entrepreneurial
acumen, deep technical understanding, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that drove efficiency,
innovation, and growth for clients in the Oil and Gas technology sector.

I joined ShaleApps as an intern while studing at West Virginia University. I contributed significantly
to the development of an innovative real-time water tracking and accounting software suite. My primary responsibility was to
build and maintain the native Android app, a business-critical component of the suite, which was successfully
deployed to all customers across the ShaleApps platform. My efforts were integral in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing time
and cost expenditures for our clients. Upon their relocating to Denver, Colorado, I rejoined the ShaleApps team for a second internship
to continue contributing to the native Android app.
This technology revolutionized the management process by automating truck and water type tracking, enabling
cost-effective decisions, reducing trucking expenses, and improving accuracy in billing, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
Our solutions were adopted by multi-million and billion-dollar companies, transforming their logistical operations by replacing
outdated, manual methods with our streamlined, tech-driven approach.
In a testament to our impact and innovation, ShaleApps was successfully acquired by Hillstone Environmental in late 2015.
